Edible Petal Dust

Petal dust 

A dust that produces a matte finish and produces deep, strong colors. Petal dust is often used to decorate gum paste flowers because the matte appearance gives them a natural look but can be used on fondant, buttercream, chocolate, or any of your favorite treats.

Brush on fondant and chocolate. Mix with clear alcohol to airbrush. Mix with clear alcohol, oil, or extracts to paint portraits.
