Renshaw White Royal Icing is a ready to use paste that is ideal for creating intricate shapes & flowers.
It is perfect for covering, piping, detailed work and run outs on both cakes and biscuits. Fine writing and decorations can be achieved by using a number 1 or 2 nozzle.
Use: Remove the lid and stir well with a spoon before use to knock out any air bubbles in the product. Replace the lid immediately to prevent the product from drying out.
HINTS & TIPS:
Can be adapted for different techniques
Try adding a little powdered sugar for a firmer finish
Add water or glycerine as necessary for a thinner consistency
Can be coloured using a little paste colour
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, use within 14 days.
