La harina para bizcocho con levadura Presto ha sido utilizada por panaderos, chefs y amas de casa para todo, desde panes y galletas hasta rebozados para freír. La harina para bizcocho Presto está hecha de un grado especial de trigo blando de invierno elegido por su gluten tierno que produce pasteles y productos horneados ligeros y de textura uniforme. El polvo para hornear en la harina para bizcocho Presto está hecho especialmente para adaptarse a la harina y se eleva uniformemente en toda la masa.
