AmeriColor® Soft Gel Paste™ will color royal icing, buttercream, rolled fondant, macarons, cookie dough, bread dough, cake batter, whipped toppings & icings, gum paste, marzipan, pastillage and white chocolate (with addition of Flo-Coat). Soft Gel Paste™ is peanut, tree nut, soy, and gluten free. It is also Kosher certified.

Need to get the same shade every time you decorate? AmeriColor® squeeze bottles with flip-top caps allow you to precisely measure your color drop by drop, giving you the same results every time.
