Creme Brulee Type Flavor, Natural and Artificial can be used in cake, cookies and other baked goods to impart a vanilla custard-like flavor. Add one teaspoon to your favourite cake, cookie or muffin recipe. In larger baking batches we recommend a starting use level of 0.25% to 0.50% in the dry mix and adjust to achieve desired flavor impact.
