Sunflower Sugar Art’s Highlighter Dusts give the look of real precious metals when applied to non edible decorations.
Highlighters add a metallic sheen that reflects gold, silver or copper finishes to any craft surface, including fondant, gumpaste, chocolate, pulled sugar, isomalt and more.
Developed for the cake decorating industry, these powdered dusts contain only ingredients that are NON-TOXIC and are ideal for use with gumpaste or rolled fondant. Intended for use with the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting with air brushes. For more permanent application, liquefy with Tylose gum glue or confectioners glaze.
Not a food additive and should be removed before serving.
