This premier flour is made from the finest quality soft wheat and includes baking powder and salt to reduce preparation time. This is an ideal product for all of your favorite recipes, including cakes, muffins, pancakes, biscuits, cookies and pie crusts. Washington Flour is premixed with a balance of baking soda and salt. Just use Washington Flour when a recipe calls for additional baking soda and salt.
