No turning back...I'm normally the baker using regular shortening and turned to high ratio shortening because of a recipe I used. High ratio shortening was perfect my buttercream was pure white, stood up in high temperature ans the high ratio shortening did not alter the taste. The size container was perfect for traveling. I hope more is in stock, no turning back!!!
