The powder colors worked so well with the chocolate, they were vibrant and it didn’t add an unpleasant taste to the chocolate either. Had so many compliments on the chocolate bark!
I do hate how long it took them to get here but glad I ordered them as early as I did. Make sure you read about their shipping so you can order in enough time!

Enco color gel is thick enough that it doesn’t thin out my mixes. Also it isn’t so thick that I can’t smoothly incorporate it into mousse and frosting.

This product is exactly what I wanted. It worked out great for making frosting!
