I used to buy the Dawn Bavarian cream filling from a local company but they switched suppliers. Their new supplier’s filling was disgusting so I looked online for the Dawn brand. Bake Supply had it for a reasonable price and would ship it. I made eclairs with the filling and it was as good as I remember. Will order again!
